I bought a Zelmer 43Z010 bread machine. Tell me, is it possible to knead dough for dumplings and dumplings in it on what mode and how? Share the recipe. Thank you!!!
JessyBri
I share.
Dough mode. As soon as the kneading is over, I turn it off, but I don't take out the dough - I let the gluten swell.
Do according to any recipe. Control the batch. Given the shape of the bowl and the steepness of the dough, either help a little with a spatula, or start the kneading twice, otherwise it remains in the corners (if the dough portion is not half a village).

My favorite:
a glass of mineral water with gas, a medium egg, half a teaspoon of salt and sugar, 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 4 cups flour.
I measure in 200 ml cups. I take the flour on a level.
The kneading is over, for half an hour-40 minutes let it stand right in the HP, and then forward. I say right away: I do not recognize hexagons with triangles from all sorts of lattices, I sculpt with my hands. I roll not in a layer, but one at a time (pinched off, rolled out, blinded). Do not dust anything with flour. It rolls out very thinly, peels off the silicone mat, oilcloth and kitchen countertop perfectly, freezes well. For me, an indicator of the quality of the dough is dumplings with potatoes and cherries. The test is passed for 5+. Nothing came unstuck either after freezing or after cooking. And the dough itself is very tasty, as on me.

PS: from the remnants of the dough (it turned out a bit too much, and there was not enough time catastrophically, because the football was just starting) I fried chebureks. Not super premium, but very tasty and soft

Thanks for the recipe, but in my HP Zelmer 43Z010 there is no "dough" mode ....... there is only a "yeast dough" mode and for each HP model there are separate and different proportions of products and liquid.

Dough and yeast dough - the difference is small in this case. We need HP to knead the dough well without the help of our pens. And with this she will cope not with "dough", and with "yeast dough" and "pizza dough". Just turn off the HP, without waiting for the end of the cycle, when the batch is over - so that it does not heat it up. And that's all. I knead any dough. If it's too steep - just run the "dough" a second time and that's it. Don't bother. Zelmer is quite enough for dumplings and dumplings. Like any other HP with sufficient power. And a special mode for this is not necessary at all. You just need a dough mixer function)))

PS: but with the proportions of liquid and flour, I don't bother too much. When I am going to the oven in the oven, I can calmly pour and pour everything by eye, and I’m already looking at the bun and what to add. And, frankly speaking, also in automatic modes with baking.
