Miner's soup in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH18

Category: First meal

Ingredients

Buckwheat 2-3 handfuls
Potatoes
Onion
Carrot
Boiled sausage diced
Salt, spices taste
Dill, parsley taste

Cooking method

  • Hello!
  • I want to share a simple soup recipe that I loved as a child, and now my children also love.
  • I poured water into the multicooker and turned it on for stewing for 1 hour. I threw 2-3 handfuls of buckwheat there (who loves it in terms of density) and began to peel and cut the potatoes. We also throw it there. Then we cut onions, carrots, boiled sausage into cubes (if you have sausages, then into circles). Fry everything a little and also in a slow cooker. Salt, pepper, spices to taste.
  • 5 minutes before cooking, you can add dill or parsley for flavor and beauty. That's all.
  • You can check for readiness earlier. For example, I have a fast-cooking potato variety, so I turned it off before an hour.
  • This soup is super quick to prepare (and quickly eaten) such a recipe with a minimum of cost and time is sometimes very useful. You can, if desired, cook in broth, then it turns out to be more high-calorie and nutritious. But in the original, he's just on the water.
  • Bon Appetit!

Asya,

In order not to stain the pan, I suggest first fry everything you need in a multicooker with butter in baking mode, then switch to stewing, add water and the rest of the ingredients. This is one of the advantages of the multi: no need to get the extra dishes dirty!
Today I even made navy pasta in it, without shifting or pouring out anything.

Enjoy your use
ASYa
I also thought about it, but if you need to shorten the time, then quickly wash the pan, but while we fry on it, then everything is already ready.

She did as Alexandra recommended, that is, first she fried carrots and onions in a slow cooker. Then I added water and then according to Asya's recipe.

Asya, what happens to the lid at this time ?! Is it open during the preparation of the soup, and when do you close it?
ASYa
Yes, immediately and close, as I put everything in the pan. If you need to report something during cooking (salt, spices, or just try), then open and close. And that's all. The lid must be closed, otherwise it will probably take out everything.

Be sure to try it, my son loves buckwheat soup more than any soup. Only I cook it with meat.
Kseny
I have already tried it, I really liked it! Only I did it with chicken.

Explain to me, please, maybe this is a defect of my multi ... it turns off in the SOUP and SLOW modes two or three minutes after the start of cooking ... who could have encountered this? (Binatone BM-2170)

I also cook a similar soup, my husband loves it very much. I do it in this order:

1. I fry the onions with carrots in a multo (at the same time I peel and cut the potatoes).
2. I pour boiling water over the frying, turn on the stewing. I add potatoes, buckwheat, salt.
3. After 20-25 minutes I fry the chopped sausages / small sausages in a pan in butter (you don't need to fry, but it tastes better). I add them to the soup.
4. A couple of minutes before cooking I give spices, herbs. When the program is over, I add 1 small clove of garlic (through a press), I close the lid and let it brew for about 5 minutes. Once I did it without garlic, then somewhere I read a recipe with garlic - it turns out much tastier!
All.

Actually, in this way to cook soups - first fry the frying in a saucepan, then add water and cook soup - I started even before the multi appeared. The resulting soups are richer in taste, they seem to stretch with the taste of fried vegetables while they are boiling. In general, I advise you to try to cook any soup like this - you will feel the difference. In such cases, you don't need to add any seasonings, only salt, pepper, herbs.

I have a CF of another company, but a couple of times it was the same. This happens when, after a program with a high temperature (eg Frying), immediately start a program with a lower temperature (eg Braising). You need to let the heating elements cool down at least 5 minutes, and then turn on another program.
