Fish soup a la hodgepodge in the Steba pressure cooker

Ingredients

Salmon fillet 300-500g
Potatoes 4-5 pcs
Onion 1 PC
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Pickled cucumbers 4-5 pcs + brine 50ml.
Lemon 4-5 circles
Salt, pepper to taste
Lemon juice to taste.

Cooking method

  • Frying onion, tomatoes, cucumbers for 8 minutes. I added potatoes and continued to fry for a couple of minutes.
  • She turned off the frying, added fish, pickle, lemon juice, 1.5 liters of hot water, salt and pepper.
  • Turn on the Soup mode for 20 minutes, pressure 0.3
  • At the end, I waited for the pressure cooker to release the pressure, opened the roof and added lemon wedges, but I didn’t start the olives, although they would be in place. Greenfinch and sour cream are very welcome to taste: smile:

Cooking program:

ROASTING, SOUP

Note

It turned out very tasty and not for long, I didn't cook fish soup at 0.7, because I can't compare.

Familiar soup Tan! I love fish hodgepodge and often cook, only I don't use tomatoes, but add capers, olives, pickled cucumbers.

I also have one similar to yours -

It will be interesting for me to try your version, especially in a multicooker.

Marina, Thank you. I prefer fish soup only in this form, more often I use canned or barrel tomatoes, but today it was not. I solemnly vowed not to add capers and olives today * JOKINGLY * my son has an age quirk, we hardly eat anything, we persuade him to eat like a little lyalek
Already in some kind of pressure cooker, I laid it out, it seems in Ourssonchik.

Transitional age? I understand ... I went through three times - one of my own, two puberty - with children.
Well, my husband seems to be eternal - not passing.
Be strong.

Thank you, my husband seems to be omnivorous, except for pearl barley, he tries to eat everything, and the son ... yes, he is transitional ... he will be 17 years old.

Good soup, Tanya. And I still won't force tomatoes to add myself.

Tanyusha, thanks)))
the main thing is that my husband and son liked it (I'm omnivorous), well, my daughter just didn't check it out, she's the most fastidious)))
she herself especially appreciated the lightness of the soup (in every sense) and the speed of preparation.
I will now also do it instead of the usual hodgepodge and in the post - a wonderful recipe, I shared with my mother)))
