Fish with vegetables, baked in the "sleeve" in a multicooker Redmond RMC-M70

Ingredients

Fish (pike perch, tilapia, salmon, etc.) - I have a salmon belly. - 300 gr
Potatoes - 2 pcs.
Onion 2 pcs
Carrot 2 pcs
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
Greens - dill and parsley
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Cut the fish, salt and pepper. Cut the onion into half rings. Finely chop the greens. Cut potatoes, carrots into thin circles, pepper into slices (I cut into rings in a food processor). Mix vegetables and herbs, salt and pepper. Put the vegetables in a roasting sleeve (I have a bag). Add mayonnaise, mix. Put fish on vegetables, tie. Grease the bowl with oil (I am still putting on the rug) and the baking sleeve (bag). Set the BAKING mode for 40 min. After 30 minutes, open the lid, break the bag and cook until the end of the program.

The dish is delicious,: girl_claping: how do you invent a steam mode in Panasonic, will it give the same effect?

I agree .. but Panasonic has also been present for a long time, just the coating on the bucket is rather weak, I tried to cook yogurt with a rug, it reacted ... but I'll try for a couple ...

Thanks for the recipe, I've already cooked it several times, mostly with trout or salmon, though without potatoes (potatoes separately, because I don't like when potatoes smell like fish))) and not a cartoon and a sleeve, but in the oven, in a clay pot, but nevertheless based on your recipe;) In general, simple and tasty!
