I completely followed your recipe, only the first hour, when the meat under the foil, did not water it with juice at all (it was too lazy to poke around with removing the foil), but when I took it off, I ran to the oven almost every 5 minutes.
And yet, her husband cut off all the fat from her and, most importantly, from the withers (I read that it was from him that a specific smell). The meat for this recipe is similar (to my taste) like rabbit and goose meat in one bottle.
