Pumpkin Curry with Raisins (Steba DD1 ECO)

Ingredients

Pumpkin 400 g
Bulb onions 1 PC
Apple 1/2
Fresh ginger
Curry seasoning
salt pepper
Sugar 0.5 m glass
Raisins handful
frying oil
water 1 cup

Cooking method

  • First, fry finely chopped onions in a heated bowl for 15 minutes, at the 5th minute I added pumpkin in cubes, ginger and an apple, chopped as finely as onions. All this was fried until the end of the Frying program.
  • Then I added sugar, salt, water and set Vegetables to 0.3 for 7 minutes. This turned out to be a lot, 4-5 minutes will be enough. At the end of the program, forcibly let off steam, added raisins, and another 10 minutes on heating.
  • Serve with rice.

I bought pumpkins, and did not know what to do with it - we were tired of porridge, we don’t like baked ... What can I say - I have never eaten such a delicious pumpkin. The original recipe also included hot peppers and, it seems, herbs. But I like everything sweet more, so I focused on sugar. The yummy turned out to be very original, the taste is first sweet, then spicy, ginger decorates the pumpkin very much.

Marina, thank you, this is relevant, especially the soup. But I cook garlic in a pressure cooker in extreme cases - then I have to reanimate soak the ring.

Lena, so with garlic - this is veal curry with pumpkin. I cooked it on the stove, or you can darken it in the oven. And from the smell of garlic (and it is very hardly noticeable there) you will not have to relieve the ring of the multicooker ...
