Cherry pie with kefir

Ingredients

flour 1 st
starch 1/4 cup
baking powder 1/2 tsp
soda 1/2 tsp
softened butter 120 g
sugar 3/4 cup
large egg 1 PC
kefir at room temperature 1/2 cup
cherry 400 g

Cooking method

  • As always, I found the recipe on the Internet, the pie is made in the oven, but what is good for the oven is great for a multicooker !!!!!
  • Defrost the cherries and drain the juice
  • In one bowl, mix all the dry ingredients except sugar: flour, starch, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
  • In another bowl, use a mixer to beat the butter, sugar, vanilla and egg.
  • Add the oil mixture and kefir to the dry ingredients, mix the products until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  • Before pouring the dough, add cherries to it, stir gently so that the berries do not lose juice.
  • I didn't have very many cherries, unfortunately, I laid two eggs, as they were not large

Time for preparing:

1 hour + 20 minutes on heating

Note

The author of the recipe recommends the almond extract, I didn't have it, I added some cherry liqueur

As a decoration, the author recommends the following
Measure out the cherry juice that we left with tablespoons (3-4 tablespoons), add the same amount of tablespoons of sugar to it and bring to a boil with 1 teaspoon of butter.
The syrup should be boiled over low heat for several minutes, stirring constantly.
This syrup can be used to decorate the top of the cake, it looks bright enough.

My pie cooled down completely in the multicooker and therefore did not fall off, while I was preparing to make the syrup for decoration, the pie was safely eaten))))
