Ingredients

puff yeast-free dough 500gr
canned pineapple slices 1 can
flour 1 tbsp. l
egg 1 PC
berries, marmalade, jam for decoration
powdered sugar

Cooking method

  • Remove pineapples from the jar, dry, sprinkle with powdered sugar and set aside.
  • Defrost the dough, roll it into a rectangular layer in one direction, 5 mm thick.
  • Then cut the layer into strips about 1 cm wide. It turns out 10-12 strips.
  • Wrap a circle of pineapple through the hole with dough over the entire surface.
  • Make small balls from the rest of the dough, put them in the center of the rings. Make a depression in the balls and decorate with a berry, a piece of marmalade.
  • Grease a baking sheet with butter or lay a parchment for baking, lay out cookies, grease with a beaten egg.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Oven temperature 200g.
