Fish balls with vegetable stew

Ingredients

Balloons:
Minced fish (I have telapia) 1 kg
Fresh white bread (or ready-made crackers 1 tbsp.) 125 g
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Garlic 1 tooth
Parsley 8 twigs
Salt pepper taste
Stew:
Tomatoes 4 things.
Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Garlic 1 tooth
Basil green 5 twigs
Sugar 2st. l.
Salt pepper taste
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • For balls, finely chop the onion, pass the garlic through a press, finely chop the parsley.
  • Cut the bread and dry it in the oven at 200C for about 10 minutes. Grind with a blender into crumbs.
  • Mix the minced meat, onion. garlic, parsley, crackers, salt, pepper. Leave on for 40 minutes. (I got it less)
  • Make balls from minced meat (I got 9 pieces). Fry the balls in hot oil. I greased each ball with oil and baked in AF 180C for 20 minutes.
  • For the ragout, cut the onion into half rings, peel the tomatoes and cut into cubes, chop the basil, peel and coarsely chop the pepper.
  • Heat oil over low heat, fry onion and garlic until soft, 5 minutes.
  • Add peppers, tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add basil, stir and turn off heat. Cover with a lynx and let it brew for 10 minutes.
  • Fish balls with vegetable stew
  • Delicious!
