Invert syrup - 100 ml
Walnuts - 100 gr
Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Powdered gelatin - 1 packet
For caramelization:
Sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
Water - 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method:
Boil milk, condensed milk, gelatin, invert syrup and chopped walnuts together (leave part).
Then pour the mixture into a mold and put it in the freezer, stirring every 2 hours. After 4 hours, add the remaining nuts to the mixture and mix. Put in the freezer for another 2 hours.
