Chicken fillet with mint sauce (Philips Airfryer)

Ingredients

Chicken fillet 2-3 pcs
Ground black pepper
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tsp
for mint sauce
Mint 2 twigs
Garlic 2 cloves
Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
Sesame seeds ½ tsp.
Hot red pepper taste
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar taste
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Sprinkle the chicken fillet with pepper, sugar and add soy sauce and vegetable oil. Leave to marinate for an hour.
  • Then fry in a frying pan for 4-5 minutes. I have a VVK.
  • Transfer to foil and bake in AF preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. For the sample I put one piece without foil. I liked the foil better. The meat was much juicier.
  • For the sauce, finely chop the mint and garlic, combine with salt, pepper, sugar, gently knead with a spoon. Add oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Serve the chicken fillet with mint sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • We really enjoyed.
  • I took the recipe on the website of the Loving Wife.
