  • First, I made adjika (I didn't have pepper, so without it) from a kilogram of tomato. Then she blanched the eggplants in a marinade of water, vinegar, sugar, oil and salt as in the Irina1607 recipe. I filled the jars with eggplant without marinade and filled it with the previously prepared adjika. Stirred with a wooden stick. I boiled jars of eggplant in the microwave. Then she rolled it up and cooled it upside down.
  • After a couple of hours I tried the leftovers that did not fit in the jars, but it turned out very tasty!
