Ingredients

carrot 1 PC
pumpkin 100 g
Apple 1 PC
egg 1 PC
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
semolina 1 tbsp. l.
milk 100 ml

Cooking method

  • I thought for a long time how to feed the children for dinner so that it was both easy to digest and satisfying. I decided to make a soufflé from carrots, pumpkins and apples.
  • Boil carrots and pumpkin until tender, about 20 minutes. Grind boiled carrots and pumpkin with a blender. Mix grated carrots with milk and add semolina. Mix well and put on fire. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Grate the apple and add to the cooled mass.
  • Divide the egg into white and yolk. Grind the yolk with sugar and add to the other ingredients. Beat the whites into a cool foam. Inject the protein gently. Fill the molds with the carrot-apple mixture and put in the steam bowl of the multicooker for 30 minutes.
