Cutlets with mushrooms in a multicooker Brand 6060

Ingredients

turkey fillet 500 g
champignon mushrooms (large) 3 pcs
white bread 1 slice
garlic 2 teeth
milk 30 g
onion 1 PC
potatoes 1 PC
breadcrumbs 1 tbsp. l. with top
salt, pepper to taste
olive oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Soak the bread in milk. Grind all the ingredients (I first grind the turkey in a blender, then I added all the other ingredients, including bread with milk, grind again until smooth). Season with salt, pepper, add crackers, mix thoroughly. I fried in a Brand 6060 pressure cooker.
  • Turn on the "frying" mode for 20 minutes, pour olive oil (about 1 tablespoon) on the bottom of the bowl, let it warm up for 3 minutes. Spread the minced meat with a spoon (the mass is slightly thicker in consistency than on the pancakes, you won't be able to mold the cutlet with your hands), fry for about 3 minutes on each side.
