Panasonic presents on the Russian market a new premium multicooker SR-MHS181, which will help anyone, even a novice cook, feel like a professional chef. The new product from Panasonic opens up the broadest possibilities for culinary creativity. The device supports many traditional modes, including for cooking porridge, soup, dumplings, as well as baking, stewing, steaming, express-fast cooking and much more. Using the Customized Multi-Cook function, you can prepare roast beef, roast, risotto, yoghurt and even mulled wine. The device has 16 programs for the most popular dishes.

The new multicooker Panasonic SR-MHS181 can be of particular interest to young mothers and modern women who closely monitor their diet and value their free time. All dishes prepared in Panasonic SR-MHS181 are not only tasty, but also healthy. The depth-adjustable steamer container allows you to boil twice as many healthy vegetables, steamed meat and fish, and can also sterilize small baby bottles. The improved timer allows you to delay the start of cooking by 24 hours. Moreover, you can "order" breakfast, lunch or dinner at a certain time, and, for example, wake up in the morning from the smell of delicious milk porridge or return from work in the evening and have dinner with freshly prepared pilaf. If necessary, the multicooker will keep food warm for 12 hours.

The new multicooker is distinguished by an ergonomic design - the control panel is located on the lid of the device, all operations are displayed on a large LCD display with white backlight, so the hostess can easily control the cooking process.

A unique feature of the SR-MHS181 is the inner bowl with a thickened double bottom and an innovative diamond fluoride coating, which uses about 100 million (0.05 carats) diamond particles to create. The coating has the highest thermal conductivity and maximum resistance to scratches and damage, does not burn. It allows up to 16,000 tiny air bubbles to form on the bottom of the bowl during cooking, creating a convection effect and evenly heating the contents of the bowl.On the inside of the SR-MHS181 lid is a removable stainless steel panel that is easy to remove and clean. The multicooker bowl is surrounded by a steel frame without gaps and recesses - the hostess can easily clean it by wiping it with a damp sponge.

I found the power of the multicooker - 825W, I will wait for feedback on the work from those who bought this new product.

Are they not made in Thailand? Many Panas models are produced there.

Che, I do not understand anything with this Panasonic, why do they only do three programs with a timer? I looked through the instructions for this beauty, and there again "porridge, buckwheat, pilaf" !!! Or did I not understand something?

Yes, because it’s more convenient for me even on the old model (without a timer on some programs) - I put, for example, cereals in the bowl, turn on the program - AND EVERYTHING! The processor will calculate everything for you (from the operation of the temperature sensor) depending on the amount of water and cereals
Aina
You are probably confusing timer with auto cook
I mean a timer - a delayed start, for example, for stewing or baking or just cooking. I threw in potatoes or a soup set, set the time so that it was ready by 5 pm and she would turn on herself and cook everything right by 5. Such functions have long been in many cheaper cartoons, and I really miss them at 18. I tried to cook soup on "milk porridge" - not boiled
For that kind of money, Panasonic should not have a multicooker, but an airplane
igorechek
Clear.
My opinion, based on the experience of using any technique, is that it is NOT possible to understand all the possibilities and nuances of the technique only by reading the dry instructions. Only when you use the technology, chat on the forum or directly with users, it turns out that misunderstandings with the device are easily solved, and functions are added differently without problems.
At least an example with the previous model of Panasonic with only 6 programs. And then it turned out that one can easily do several modes at once. Or there is no shutdown of heating - but it is solved, if necessary, easily using a timer-socket, etc.
Therefore, I am sure that the new model will prove itself excellent. Panasonic was one of the first to start releasing multi - is it really going to release it?
There is simply no forum yet and it is impossible to evaluate the full functionality - let's not evaluate the device from the pictures. We will wait for the first users and their feedback.
And the price of 10,000 is a trial run, later I think it will probably drop to 8-8500 rubles. And look what other manufacturers are doing with prices. Chinese Redmond goes off scale for 10.000, Bork - for 30.000 !!! And so on. There are a lot of examples ... Are these normal prices for questionable quality?
And the cuckoo has prices for only pots for 5.000 !!!

I have been using this miracle for a month now, only positive emotions! All cooked dishes (soups, omelets, casseroles, boiled pork, muffins, compotes, milk porridge, etc.) are super !!! The only thing that has not yet worked out is to cook pilaf in the standard mode, the rice is boiled into porridge, although I do everything strictly according to the instructions, apparently I need to pour less water, I will experiment. In general, I am very pleased with the purchase - stylish, compact, fit into the kitchen, like a native)) Yes, more! When buying MV I saw a bowl with a ceramic coating from Polaris, and so - it was perfect for this Panasonic model. Now I have two bowls))
Vei
Panasovsky bowls, especially Teflon bowls, and not ceramic ones, are much better.
For good pilaf and rice, take 1 part thoroughly washed round grain rice and 1 part water. The result will be great!
Good luck!

Oh you .. I just bought a new Panas model in the summer (well, the one with 10 programs) and that's it for you ..
And there I am somehow not happy with the baking ((I would have known would have waited for this .. After all, I thought for a long time - to buy or not, and so it flew)))
by the way, in Moscow (and elsewhere) you can order bowls in the e5.ru internet store, I bought there both for Redmond and Panas, if this model has the same bowl in size as the old one in e5 ru is not expensive.

It is necessary to make a discount, when cooking according to Panasonic recipes, for THEIR flour or rice. I also take a 1: 1 ratio for pilaf and water, because we must also take into account the broth isolated from the meat. Only I take rice not round, but LONG (classic Asian recipe) and it turns out to be more crumbly. But it tastes and color ... Try it though

I also take ALWAYS long, but is it really possible to cook pilaf with a round one? My winged one is always boiled, I only cook it in porridge ...
And I take water 2: 1 - 1 glass Everything turns out wonderfully, but I immediately turn the pilaf from the multi into the pan and leave it with the lid closed for another 1 hour (then the juicy bottom gradually permeates the drier top). Such pilaf can be safely eaten on the second day, but if there is not enough water, then freshly prepared it, of course, is tasty, crumbly, but it will stand and become very dry.

Girls, what is the difference between the PANASONIC SR-MHS181WTQ MULTI Cooker models from the PANASONIC SR-TMJ181BTW MULTI Cooker models? I don’t understand, please tell me.
igorechek
The suppliers took into account the claims-additional purchases of buyers and finally brought the model with more convenient moments, many of which I perceive more as indulgence in whims, although there are clearly excellent solutions.
The coating of the bowl is more resistant, similar to the coating of a bread machine and thickened.
There are more programs, but this is already to please the consumer. On older models, 6-10 are quite enough. But other competing manufacturers are pushing to increase - many choose by asking this very moment. But in fact, out of 30-50, this is just a marketing ploy.
Multicook is a useful program.
A panel with horizontal control is more convenient than with a vertical one - no need to tilt. There is a display backlight. It is convenient, of course, but not essential.
The lid opens back. More convenient than sideways, especially on the right. Although I'm used to it.
Variable steamer height. more roomy.
A ladle ladle in addition to a spoon.
This is what I have seen. I would definitely buy, but already used to the old woman 18 models ...
RepeShock

Does it also contain your favorite sensory programs?
I hope they haven't been replaced with automatic ones.
It is a pity that while a new MV is not needed, I would definitely buy this new one. The multicook was very helpful.
Owners, show at least real pictures!

I have 3 Panasonic, but what is a multi-cook, at least someone clearly explain, I may have one too, but I don't know?
RepeShock

No, it is not in older models. This is a program where you yourself set the temperature and cooking time you need.

In this case, you can prepare yogurt, for example, setting 40 grams. and the right time.

In a household or electric store, ask, they will show you.
It looks like a small box.On the one hand there is a plug for connection to the network, on the other hand there is a socket for connecting your any device. And a dial for setting the time.
The simplest is mechanical from 300 rubles.

I wanted not advertising photos, but real ones in the interior.

The question remains about sensory programs.

Strange position ...
The model has just appeared on the market. While you wait for reviews ... Isn't it easier to do as others who are really interested in the model do, just take it and read it yourself. It will take no more than 10 minutes. There is nothing difficult to understand.
And why do you need a photo in the interior? What background? The sites have such good photos, including 3D, that it is clear what it represents ...
RepeShock

Dear, no need to speculate for others.
I do not choose mv, I have enough of them and of excellent quality. What specifically interests me, I have already indicated.
Instruction, this is one thing, the impression of a living user, it is completely different, like real photos of the device.
If you don't understand this, I have nothing more to tell you. Go in peace

Why A LOT of multicooker? For a collection ?
It would be interesting to have 5 screwdrivers, 4 jigsaws, 6 punchers at home ...
Wouldn't it be better to buy DIFFERENT kitchen appliances?

1 multicooker is like a stove with one burner. Do you cook a lot? So people who normally cook are buying not one multicooker, but several + different MV- different possibilities
igorechek
So I completely agree with both of you. I have a slow cooker and a pressure cooker. Each of them has 3 bowls (in case one is busy with an already prepared dish and in reserve). Why are there LOTS of them? I don’t argue, cartoon is a handy thing. But here I have an old 18th Panas with only 6 programs and I have enough. I would definitely buy a new model, but the old one is a pity for me and my wife, everything is cooking well.
The rest is prepared by a deep fat fryer, oven, double boiler, just a frying pan .....
But if it were not, then I really liked this multi model. Although the devil only knows, your wife will listen to you and want another one too ...

And in my 18th model, I really miss stewing and cooking on a timer and a multi-cook is not enough (I warm the cottage cheese every week), so I'm thinking about another
Py. Sy. What kind of pressure cooker do you have?
igorechek
That's why I say that the new Panasonic model takes into account the "comments" of users on many points and, of course, it differs much more favorably from my 18th. If it weren't for the old woman, I would have bought her. I have a thermopot, a bread maker, a microwave oven and a mini-oven with a meat grinder from Panas, and everything has been working without interruptions for several years. Therefore, I am confident in the brand itself.
And the Steba pressure cooker has been in operation for only 3 months. So far, it also copes well with the work. Read about her, you need a pressure cooker. Personally, I would advise: good and simple assembly at a low price. True, as with all devices, it is not necessary to hang the preparation of EVERYTHING on it. To each his own dish.
Annie111
Here I am about the same ... The price of this Panasonic is too high. I almost bought myself this model. They stopped me in time, offered for almost the same money Redmond 250. There is a difference in price of a couple of thousand, but Redmnod is clearly superior in functionality to Panasonic. The number of auto programs is the same, only Redmond also has a lot of manual ones. You can save them in the multicooker memory. Redmond has an auto-heating shutdown (this is for yogurt mode, and cook kefirchiks), both multicookers have a multi-cook function, but again, in Redmond, the temperature change step is 5 degrees, from 35 to 170 degrees. Panas has 4 types of temperature regimes ....... and that's it ....... And Redmond has a Master Chef function. So I'm thinking ... I'll take Redmond, perhaps.
RepeShock

... I'll take Redmond, perhaps.

Yeah, take it .... then spend more money on a new Panasonic and try out a popular saying on yourself: A miser pays twice.
And in a couple of months, when your Redmond breaks down or everything starts to stick to the bowl (and this will be 146%), you will also bite your elbows.
In general, good luck to you, with the most unreliable and problematic MV in the world))

I tell you this from practice.

I, just like Irina, look forward to the first reviews from users of this new product. Of course, touch modes are very interesting. How they work, on what programs. Like a saucepan. At first glance, I made my choice in favor of this multi. I always wanted Panasonic, but I didn't like the design. And this beauty is straight. If at the same time she also retained her classical qualities.

And about other brands, let everyone step on their own rake. In principle, I have no other complaints about my little Redik01 besides the quality of the pan. I am very grateful to him for the daily morning porridge

In my opinion, there are quite enough programs in this model: porridge, pilaf, baking, stewing, soup, compote, express, buckwheat, steaming, dumplings, multi-cook (four temperature modes - 40, 70, 100 and 130 degrees), frying and warming up.

The bowl is excellent. The coating is diamond fluoride, made of very high quality, does not burn, and is easy to clean. The same coating for bread makers in Panasonic.
And yet, I don't know how in previous Panasonic models, but in this one the inner cover is removable, so it's easy to keep clean)

The same impression. I was annoyed by the absence of a delayed start on Extinguishing, for example. The most requested program would be, if not this. Moreover, the old Panasonic cooked for a long time due to its fair power. The most is to cook in the absence of the owner at a certain time. But I really do not like it for a long time on the heating in terms of taste. I usually need a dish by 6 pm (coming home from work). I leave at 9 am. And again the same garbage. And non-switchable heating, infection. You cook yogurt for yourself, and then the heating will turn on for you - beauty!))) I "cooked" the dough in the Brand. I set it to 30 degrees and forgot to turn off the heating. So I got it.))) Well, it's my own fault, but here there are no other options.

Eh, I had a case, I rolled my lip too, I thought something like that had finally appeared. I love Panasonic. The lip can be rolled back))).

Take a pressure cooker - you won't regret it. Although I adore my Panasonic 18 for the most delicate pastries and wonderful stewed transparent soups, I use the pressure cooker much more often, because it is nimble, especially if the meat, whole vegetables and cereals are difficult to cook!

Why look for? Go to OZON. No problem with shipping and receiving. It seems from 2000 free package. The bowl itself (price) ranges from 850 to 1050. Was in stock for several months. I bought myself 2 spare-consumables. Original production.
