Lobio in tortilla

Ingredients

Lobio:
Beans 1.5 st.
Large onion 3 pcs.
Garlic (to taste) 1-2 teeth
Walnuts 0.5 st.
Salt, pepper, suneli hops taste
Cilantro 1 bundle (small)
Vegetable oil for frying
Tortilla:
Wheat flour 180 g
Salt 1h l.
Baking powder 1h l.
Softened butter 42 g
Warm water 80 g

Cooking method

  • For lobio.Soak the beans for 12 hours in a large amount of cold water. Then drain the water, pour in a new one and boil until fully cooked for about an hour. I cooked in a slow cooker.
  • Grind the nuts into crumbs.
  • Pass the garlic through a press.

  • Add water. knead a soft dough, roll into a ball, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Then divide into 10 parts, roll each thinly.
  • Fry in a cast-iron skillet (or with a thick bottom) with a little oil without a lid for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Bend each tortilla in half, put in the lobio and serve.
