Ingredients

lean pork fillet 200g
bulb onions 1 PC
large carrots 2 pcs
pot green canned 0.5 cups
mayonnaise
salt
ground pepper
sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. spoons
boiling water 0.5 cups

Cooking method

  • Boil the meat, put on a plate and leave to cool
  • Fry the grated carrots in vegetable oil until soft. Cut the onion into small cubes. Prepare the marinade. To do this, mix sugar and vinegar, pour boiling water and stir so that the sugar dissolves, pour onion with marinade and leave to marinate for 15 minutes, then drain the marinade.
  • Cut the cooled meat into cubes, put in a salad bowl, add onions, carrots, peas, salt and pepper, season with mayonnaise, mix. It's good if you can let the salad sit for a couple of hours outside the refrigerator.

The husband was told to buy lean pork. Bought ... filet mignon. That's right: pork is never leaner. Naturally, I did not cook the meat. I cut it into round pieces, beat it off lightly with my fist and fried it in vegetable oil, at the end with salt. I think the taste of the salad didn't get any worse
