My observations and conclusions.
25 minutes is too much for a biscuit crust, or the Roasting program is aggressive for a biscuit.
The biscuit itself is very good, tender, fluffy, and "breathes", but the crust is burnt (in the photo I even scratched it), and the crust is sooo thick for a biscuit.
If you do not take into account the crust, then the biscuit is 5+. but where do we get to the crust ??? : pardon: means for a biscuit or we reduce the time or are looking for another program, I tend to another program, I must think

I baked on Kasha, pressure 0.3 with an open valve, set for 20 minutes, as a result, it baked for 25 minutes ... not enough ... set it for another 25 minutes, baked for 25-26 minutes ... again it was not baked, but the biscuit rose almost to the lid ... I put it for another 25 minutes, it was baked for 27 minutes. The highest temperature was 107 degrees at the end of the third time.
The conclusion is this: we put on Kasha at 0.3 for at least 1 hour 10 minutes and I think we will get it !!! Next time I'll try it, and if I get a video, I'll shoot it.The cover is not blocked, even if you close or open the valve.
