Ingredients

Chicken hearts 550 BC
Pumpkin 250 g
Eggplant 450 BC
Zucchini 500 BC
Bulb 1 PC.
Carrot 1 small
Sunflower oil 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • I cooked it for my husband, who is on a diet due to illness, so you can change the dish a little and you get not dietary. I cut everything into cubes, sunflower oil on the bottom of the mold, mixed the ingredients, put them in the mold, added water (I then got a lot of sauce in the vegetables, who like it without it, then there is less water than what I wrote), and set the EXTINGUISHING mode to 1 hour, after 40 minutes I added salt and spices, interfered (you can probably 45-50 minutes, then if I do, I will unsubscribe how it goes). It turns out a healthy dietary dish (no frying, no garlic)
