Just wonderful jars! I looked at them, looked .. and realized that I also want. I just don't have such a multicooker with pressure, but there is a simple Panasonic. How can I cook the same in it? Who can tell?
tysia
Try it on Stew, but it will take 4-6 hours there ...
disney
Yes, I thought so too. And then just in a sterilized jar and under a blanket? And where is it better to store? Will it stand on the loggia? It's cool there in winter
tysia
When I poured it into the jars, I covered it with lids, and in the microwave for 3 minutes. Then she twisted the lid, turned it over, and left it on the table until it cools. I store it in the refrigerator.

Thank you

To your health!

This recipe played a decisive role: I gave my husband a hint about the pressure cooker, said: "Let's think about it," I showed this recipe (he is an amateur hunter, and always persuaded me to make a stew), after 10 minutes the money for the pressure cooker was allocated.

Is it possible to use metal lids in the microwave ???
tysia
You can, they are covered with paint, therefore microwaves do not reflect ...
marinal
Definitely possible, I sometimes do conservation in the microwave. Only caps are needed that are twisted
Olika
super, thank you all. I will do it too - I wanted it for a long time.
tysia
Olga, be sure to do. Recently I found the last jar in the bowels of the refrigerator, stood for 3-4 months, everything is fine.

Great recipe! Simply gorgeous!
I closed 4 cans of stew yesterday. Only made from pork. I put 2 tsp on 2.5 kg of meat. salt. (reduced from the norm from the recipe) And still oversalted! But not much. ))) The husband said: "I fell in love, and definitely not with me")))))
Maybe we have such salt ... or we really need less salt. 2 tablespoons for 1.8 kg of meat seems a bit too much to me ..
And the rest is very tasty - the meat is tender, aromatic ..
tysia
inka_kot, to your health! I'm glad I liked the recipe. And the meat will stand, and the salt will be balanced.

Inessa, or maybe the cooking technology, otherwise today we bought a quarter of the carcass and I want to make a stew,
The question is to everyone, is it possible to close the screw caps and put them in a microwave oven?
When I closed non-canned meat, I put the rolled up cans in the oven, heated it until the first lid was closed, turned off the gas and left it until it cooled down completely - the cans were never shot.
inka_kot
Yuri198, the meat was made according to the recipe.
Then I just put it in sterilized jars and screwed it on with sterilized lids.

By the way, now we often open this stew, we eat !!! Settled - not salty at all! So put in the salt - don't be afraid. And so delicious !!!!!!! I haven’t eaten stewed meat yet!
I really like to stew it with potatoes in our pressure cooker. It turns out abnormally and very quickly!

tysia, Natasha, the recipe is VERY cool!

Yuri, I forgot to write .... After the cans of stew have cooled down - MANDATORY put them in the refrigerator for a day !!!! And then you can go to the cellar and to the pantry. I keep it in the closet. They are excellent. Pah-pah ...
