Ingredients

Chicken fillet 400-450 gr.
Peach (large) 1 PC.
Brynza 100 g

Cream 200gr.
Frying oil
Light sesame.

Cooking method

  • Beat off the fillet, salt and pepper. Peel and cut into wedges. Put 5 slices of peach and grated cheese on a coarse grater on the beaten fillet. Roll up the roll and wrap it in thinly sliced ​​brisket. Chop with toothpicks, dip in flour and fry over high heat. Then reduce heat, pour cream and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds when serving.

Note

From these products, I got 3 large rolls. Serve hot, or chill and cut into thin slices. Holds tight and very nicely cut.
