Wheat porridge with steamed cutlets in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Wheat groats 1.5 measuring cups
Water 3.5 measuring cups
Sunflower or olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Minced meat (meat, onion, bread with milk, salt, pepper and egg) 350 BC

Cooking method

  • Pour a little sunflower oil on the bottom of the mold, then add well-washed cereals and water (if the water is hot, it will cook faster), salt. We put a steaming dish on top, put the cutlets formed from minced meat into it. We put the multicooker on the COOK ON STEAM mode for 30 minutes. When the cooking time is over, take out the form with cutlets, stir the porridge a little, and, closing the lid, put the HEAT mode for 15-20 minutes, then turn it off and do not open the lid for another 10-15 minutes. Ready and side dish and cutlets, bon appetit!
