Chocolate Pie at Cuckoo 1051

Ingredients

flour 190gr
sugar 150gr
cocoa 2st l
eggs 2 pcs
syrup 2st l
milk 150ml
vegetable oil 150ml
starch 1st l
baking powder 1h l
soda 1h l
vanillin

Cooking method

  • Mix flour, cocoa, starch, vanillin and baking powder (I didn't use baking soda, I have 2 hours of baking powder) and sift into a bowl.
  • Add all other products and beat with a mixer for about three minutes. In place of the syrup, I added strawberries mashed with sugar. Pour the dough into a greased multicooker bowl and bake on level 2 for 45-50 minutes. After the end of the program, she took the bowl out of the multicooker and cooled it down a little, then turned it over on the wire rack to cool completely.
  • The pie turned out to be very tender, light, airy and very tasty.
