Cooking method

  • Turn on the FRYING mode, wait for the signal. Fry onions and carrots in oil. Add the thighs to them and also fry a little on both sides. Turn off the FRYING mode. Pour about 2 liters of boiling water, salt. Close the cover and valve. SOUP program 15-20 min. Release the steam forcibly (under a damp towel or slowly turning the valve with a long spatula). When the lid is unlocked, add the noodles and herbs / herbs and stir. Again close the lid and the SOUP mode valve for another 7 minutes. After the end of the program, turn off the multicooker. You can wait until the pressure drops by itself, but if there is no time to wait, we release steam manually again. The broth turned out to be really "golden". Despite the fact that chickens. the thighs were not completely thawed, everything was perfectly cooked! I cooked the soup in the evening, left it with the lid closed until morning. And in the morning it was still warm (like in a thermos), although the noodles swelled so much that they looked like pasta. I've never cooked chicken noodles so quickly! It turned out very tasty and pretty!
