Chicken fillet in cornflakes breading with spicy sauce

Ingredients

chicken fillet 700 g
cornflakes (not sweet) 100 g
egg 2 pcs.
for the sauce:
sour cream (thick, non-acidic) 250 g
parsley dill half beam
garlic 1-2 cloves
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Chicken fillet (I cut off the breast, cut into very thin plates), lightly salt, grease with olive oil, sprinkle with spices and paprika and leave for 15-20 minutes. Lightly smash unsweetened cornflakes with your hands. Beat the egg and salt. Dip the fillet in an egg, roll in flakes, lightly pressing the breading and fry over medium heat (preheat the pan, pour oil) for 4-5 minutes on each side. Turn over with a spatula carefully so as not to damage the crust. Ready chops MUST be served with sauce, it brings such an interesting touch that it is simply impossible to tear yourself away from this dish.
  • Sauce: finely chop the greens (you can take your favorite one), mix it with non-acidic sour cream, squeeze out a large clove of garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
