Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 s 150 g
Whole grain wheat flour 100 g
Oat flakes 50 g
Crystalline sugar 120 g
Baking powder 2.5 tsp
Large egg 1 PC
Milk 250 ml
Vegetable oil 60 ml
Lemon juice 2 tbsp. l.
Berries (I have red currants) 180 g
White chocolate 110 g

Cooking method

  • All ingredients should be at room temperature.
  • Mix dry ingredients in one bowl: sift flour with baking powder, add sugar and flakes.
  • In the second bowl - wet ingredients: egg, milk, butter, lemon juice.
  • Separately chopped chocolate and berries.
  • The difference between muffins and muffins is that nothing is whipped. Moreover, you must be sure not to mix.
  • Therefore, without unnecessary movements, they mixed everything, and as soon as there was no dry flour left, add the berry (I took it from the freezer, did not defrost it beforehand) and chocolate, mixed and put it in the molds by 3/4 of the height.
  • Bake in preheated to 190aboutFrom the oven for 25-30 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven and your preference for the browning of the final product. Cool on a wire rack
