Cooking method

  • I bought a Pumpkin mix (a special mix containing pumpkin and sunflower seeds) and baked bread with it.
  • It was based on ordinary small-sized bread (where flour is 400 grams). The mixture should be no more than 20%, so I put 320 grams of flour and 80 grams of the mixture. Apparently, I'm still a mathematician, because the bun turned out to be wet and sticky, although do not climb a comma on the wall. Flour added another 80-100 gr.

Note

The bread rose well, fluffy, ruddy. The pulp is tender, tasty, grayish in color. The found seeds are very pleasing to the tooth). The family loved it, they ground it like a bun with milk.
