Ingredients

Milk 300 ml
Sunflower oil (refined) 5.5 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 PC.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Wheat flour 600 g
Dry yeast 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Load the ingredients into the form in the order indicated in the instructions for your bread maker (I put them in the order in which they are given (Gorenje BM1200BK bread machine)). Select the mode - Dough. At the end of the program (after 1 h 30 min) transfer the dough to a bowl (bag) and refrigerate for 30 min. We sculpt pies with any filling from the finished dough.
