Ingredients

1 carcass of fresh frozen mackerel 1
large onion 1
carrot 1
boiled eggs 3
Art. l. gelatin 1
salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • Thaw the mackerel, cut off all the fins, remove the head and entrails, cut along the belly to the tail, carefully remove the ridge. Shake the carcass on the inside with gelatin over the entire surface. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a fine grater and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil. Grate eggs on a fine grater and mix with frying. Put the resulting minced meat on the carcass and close the ends along the abdomen. Wrap the fish in several layers of cling film so that there is no air and cracks. Cook in a large saucepan for 30 minutes. Refrigerate and refrigerate for several hours. Remove the film, cut into pieces.
