Potato casserole with fish

Ingredients

large potatoes 6 pcs
fillet of white fish (I have cod) 600 g
large onion 1 PC
dill 1 bundle
butter 5 tbsp
milk 300 ml
cream 33-35% 100 ml
egg + yolk 1+1
flour 3 tbsp
salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Peel and boil the potatoes. Drain the broth. Make mashed potatoes.
  • Mix egg, yolk with cream and add to puree. Season with salt and pepper.
  • While boiling the potatoes, chop the onion very finely. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and fry the onion until soft for 8-10 minutes. Add remaining butter and melt. Add flour. Fry, stirring occasionally for 2 minutes. Pour in milk, stir thoroughly, add heat and bring to light thickening. Season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped dill and mix.

  • Cut the fish into small pieces and place in a greased dish.
