Cooking method

  • Wash the meat, chop, if it does not fit into the bowl. Add spices, carrots and onions. I did not cut vegetables, I threw them away after cooking, because I do not like to add them. You can put it if you want. Turn on the jelly mode for 2 hours. I have a 4 liter cartoon. Immediately 2 hours are not exhibited. It included 2 times for 57-58 minutes. Disassemble the finished meat (you can scroll through a meat grinder), put on trays or deep plates. Pour with broth, filtering it through a strainer or cheesecloth. Send to the refrigerator until it solidifies.
  • If there were few sticky parts in the finished meat (they look transparent, whitish and jelly-like), then the jellied meat may harden badly. In this case, I recommend adding gelatin. Dilution instructions are written on the gelatin pack itself. They may differ from manufacturer to manufacturer. Pour the diluted gelatin (about 0.5 liters) into the broth, then strain it and add to the meat trays!
