Mashun, thanks: rose: As you understand, I myself did not eat, but judging by the fact that my husband ate this kusmanchik almost at one time, we can say that it is delicious. Now I put butter everywhere for meat, like in Gashin's recipe. Meat of the last century, a delicious recipe, just freaky.
The sauce is tasty and rich. Excellent gravy for a side dish.

I also can't eat meat at night, then I won't sleep. And men can))

I do not eat meat at all and not any derivatives from meat (no broths, or anything where the meat spirit was)
My body stopped perceiving it 10-12 years ago.
Therefore, I describe all meat dishes from the words of eaters, my husband always tries to convey to me all his feelings.
My husband and I after 18-00 on kefir, so it's an early dinner ... around 16-00

Yummy, Tanyush!
I have made meat of the last century more than once. Both pork and beef. In Stebik it turns out great. It's amazing, no spices, but it tastes good!

Tell me, what is the meaning of the fact that butter, tomatoes are below. I did everything according to the recipe. The bottom layer of meat was dipped in the sauce, but the top was just like boiled meat, after all, it was not saturated with anything, not stuffed with it. The meat is ready, of course, but it would be ready even without oil.

Just a sauce, tomato and butter. And meat in its own juice. Like a recipe from the last century.

Tanya, I also took note of putting butter in the meat. I do this in sous-vidnitsa. But I put butter on the meat so that it is absorbed into the meat. It turns out to be stunned, how delicious.
Now I put both beef and pork.

I am both for meat and for meat. I also really liked this addition.

Tanyulya, thanks for the recipe. Yesterday I did. No tomato ... winter, sir .., so I cooked like this:
The pan is non-stick. Down - chopped tomatoes (I like Italian, in boxes). On them - 5 pieces of beef (about 600 grams). Salted and pepper, on top - butter. Half an hour on Meat ... Mom dear ... How delicious .. With banal pasta - they ate in silence and with concentration. Everything, husband, daughter, son, son-in-law .. well, and I, of course ... The yummy came out fabulous. With a complete absence of body movements on my part. The meat looked a little dark, it seemed like old beef, but after Shteba - pieces break off with a fork, tender beef turned out ...

In general - thank you very much !! The husband ordered to do the same, only pieces of meat, as in the basics

Hello. I've been drooling for almost six months now. Then I just ordered my Shtebochka,
now we are dearly friends with her and love recipes from this forum. I only eat turkey from meat - the other is not highly recommended
for health. And fried too nizzya. So your recipes and a couple more from the Bread Makers inspire and delight me
Thanks a lot for this recipe too! Never before Steba had I gotten such a delicious and juicy stew!
I took a chance - I baked an unfrozen turkey breast with almost no sauce.
Even it turned out to be soft (but not very tasty, the sauce is needed!) And soaked in mustard or kefir, the turkey turns out to be "Hurray"!

Natasha, thank you very much for your feedback. I love Shtebikov the same dearly
May everything always work out for you
