Apple pie with sour cream filling

Ingredients

Dough
Oil 100 g
Flour 5 tbsp. l
Egg 1
Ice water 4st. l
Filling
Apples 3 pcs.
Fill
Sour cream 250gr
Sugar 3st. l.
Vanilla sugar 2 sachets
Starch 1 tbsp. l
Flour 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Chop five tablespoons of flour and 100 grams of butter with two knives on a board or on a table.
  • In the middle of the resulting crumb add an egg, 4 tablespoons of ice water and knead a soft dough.
  • Roll it into a ball and put in the refrigerator.
  • Peel and cut the apples in a food processor
  • Knead the dough in the form by making the sides
  • Arrange the apples so that they lay in layers
  • Mix 250 grams of sour cream with three tablespoons of sugar, add 2-3 bags of vanilla sugar, a tablespoon of starch and a tablespoon of flour. Pour the mixture over the apples.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 200C.
