Zucchini casserole with cheese in a multicooker Polaris 0508D floris

Ingredients

zucchini 2-3 pcs.
green onions or onions taste
egg 2-3 pcs.
sour cream or kefir 0.5 mst or 80 ml.
baking powder 1/2 tsp
cheese 100 g
salt and pepper taste
parsley and dill taste
garlic 1-2 cloves
flour 3-4 tbsp. l
semolina at will (I added) 1-2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Wash the zucchini and grate on a coarse grater. Remove the skin from old zucchini. Peel the onion and chop finely, if rubbed. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix the grated zucchini, cheese, onions (onions can be fried). Add eggs, kefir or sour cream, flour, baking powder and finely chopped herbs. Season with salt, sprinkle. Mix everything thoroughly. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil. Put the squash mixture, smooth the surface with a spatula.
  • Preparing a casserole from zucchini with cheese in a slow cooker, in the "baking" mode for 1 hour. After the signal, remove the bowl with the casserole from the multicooker and let the casserole stand in the bowl for 5 - 7 minutes. Remove the casserole using the "steaming" basket.
  • Zucchini casserole with cheese in a slow cooker turns out to be very tasty and tender!

Prepared in my Polaris 0124D. I tried it. Delicate, juicy, incredibly tasty. For myself, I concluded: be careful with salt, because cheese (included in the recipe) is also salty. I modernized the original recipe: I put broccoli (raw) and Bulgarian pepper, they dared not even take a picture very tasty. Thanks to the author for such a base of the casserole that can be modified. I think you can add meat, it will turn out satisfying.
