Ingredients

Zucchini 2 Kg
Carrot 6 pcs.
Onion 8 pcs.
Tomatoes 5 pieces.
Tomato paste 3 tbsp. l.
Hot chili 1 PC.
Salt 1.5 tbsp. l.
Vinegar 3 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Cut the courgettes into cubes and fry in portions in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
  • Cut the tomatoes and chili into cubes and grind in a blender until smooth.
  • Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and fry until tender.
  • Cut the onion into cubes and fry until golden brown.
  • Combine all vegetables, add tomato paste, salt and simmer for 40 minutes. Then beat the mass with a blender until puree, add salt, add vinegar and bring to a boil.
  • Put the hot mass in sterile jars and roll up.
