Airfryer Breaded Squid

Airfried Squid Breaded

Ingredients

Squid 5 carcasses (large)
Breading (all by eye)
Corn flour 2st. l
Salt 0.5h l.
Vegetable oil 3-st. l

Cooking method

  • I cook the breading in a bag, I just mix everything to the state of an oily gruel.
  • Clean the squid, dry it, cut it into rings. Place the squid in a bag with breading, shake everything well so that the squid is all covered with the mixture and can be fried
  • AF warmed up 3 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  • Fried squids at 180 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
  • Squids are not rubbery, tasty. You can fry less, but I wanted such, as it were, dried. Therefore, after 15 minutes I recommend trying it, if you are already satisfied, you can stop frying.

Time for preparing:

20 minutes

Olga, Thank you. I took as a basis the recommendations Sims, but 7 minutes was not enough for me at all
