thanks for the idea! that's the truth they say, all ingenious is simple! and pull out with a lattice? does not fall apart?
lisa567
Yes, with a lattice. No, it does not fall apart, it turns out to be very dense.

Is it easy to cut into cakes?
lisa567
I cut with a simple long knife, you just need to cool a little. First I cut along the edge, and then I cut through the middle.
lesla
In general, like a biscuit, I understand.

I made a liver cake ... Delicious - incredible ...: nyam: More precisely, it turned out to be very, very tender ...
I cut the baked crust into only 3 parts .. It was very fragile, it was breaking - I was afraid to cut it thinner ...
Only one addition can be made here: more fry carrots and onions for a layer ...

I haven't taken a photo yet (if they don't eat everything today, I will definitely take a photo)
lisa567
I'm glad I liked the recipe. But why did you turn out to be fragile, maybe they put a little flour? I had a dense texture and cut very well.

It was cut well and the structure was also dense ...
It looked like the top layer of a bird's milk cake ... I know why - because I cut it not cold, but slightly cooled ...
lisa567
Even my hot one was very dense.
