Khrushchev dough

Ingredients

Dry yeast 2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Milk (can be cold) 1 glass
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Softened margarine 200g
Flour 3.5 cups

Cooking method

  • "Khrushchev dough"
  • Mix the yeast with salt, add the rest of the ingredients (I rub the margarine on a coarse grater).
  • The dough should not be thick and heavy (it is better to dust it with flour before cutting), quickly during the kneading process it begins to peel off from the hands. Put in a saucepan and ... in the refrigerator. After 4 hours, you can bake. I usually do it at night. And the dough becomes even tastier when I prepare it for future use and put it in the freezer. In the freezer, the dough is stored safely for 4 months.
  • The dough is great, airy, light and awesomely tasty!
  • You can bake buns, pies, pies and pizza from it delicious!
  • And there is no need to put dough and suffer, mix everything and the delicious dough is ready!
  • This is my favorite dough for many years. I highly recommend it!

Masyusha, MariV, girls, I'm sorry for taking the recipe! I did not see him. Let the moderators delete the recipe.

I have been using this recipe since 2004. 🔗
Girls, what about this dough recipe no one has a photo? There is a story, but there is no photo ... In the first link there is no photo, in the second link at least the photos did not open for me. Maybe something is wrong with my computer.

SanechkaA, Thank you!

But you, Natasha, do not take away your rendition of this wonderful recipe!
Many will remember.
Regina V.
Empirically, I found out that you can put half of the margarine, and it is better to pour water, not milk.
MariV
Then it will be a different recipe for yeast dough, but not "Khrushchev's".

If the recipe remains, then the salt needs to be corrected in the first message:

Salt 1.2 tsp

need 1/2 tsp
MariV
In the classics of the genre, there is no salt at all!
Natusik
MariV, Olya, what beautiful photos, but they did not open for me ... I will not delete the topic, unless the moderators decide to delete it. But I won't be offended.

Regina V., I agree with Olya, this will be a completely different recipe.

julifera, thanks, already fixed.

Ol, but without salt it seems to me it would be wrong ... Well, I won't argue, it's just that salt was originally present in my recipe and it seems to me that it is not at all superfluous there. But this is my opinion, there is no dispute about tastes.

This is the first time I hear that yeast is mixed with salt. Salt is always added at the end
