Ingredients

yeast-free puff pastry 500 g
fat cottage cheese (I have 18%) 200 g
zest of 1 lemon
honey or sugar (I have honey 25 g) taste
yolk (1 for filling, 1 for coating) 2 pcs
sour cream 1 tbsp

Cooking method

  • Whisk together yolk, honey, zest, cottage cheese and sour cream.
  • Roll out each layer of dough, spread the filling on them and roll one layer first, then put it on the second and continue rolling. Cut the roll into 2 cm pieces and place on a baking sheet. Brush with yolk. Bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 C.
  • The result is very pleasant, slightly sweet buns for morning coffee. My husband and I liked it, but for a child they are fresh.
