Natalochka, I baked this miracle! It turned out very tasty, aromatic and crunchy. The baguettes in the oven were smashed not jokingly. I didn't even expect this. Just ripped open. I took it to work, my colleagues dared to go. I will bake some more. The photos did not live up to, but they are not the last.

My baguettes are ready !! Pretty ones!
Now in order. I've been going to try this recipe for a long time - the baguettes in the photo are too good. I was looking for a baguette holder. Now I have it (thank you, Lilya,), yesterday I received it and immediately put the dough.
Made in half a portion (3 baguettes). Premium flour "Makfa". I like it very much (and it suits a ciabatta), but Nordic, by the way, did not impress me much.
She put a baguette holder on a stone (2 baguettes), and one baguette lay just on a stone. It turned out to be as round as those two.
For myself, I noted that for my oven 250 degrees is too much, they turned out very tanned. I will try, probably, at 230 degrees.
