Chicken with ginger, lemon and cayenne pepper

Ingredients

chicken, any part about 1 kg
lemon with zest 1\2
fresh ginger root 2cm
hot cayenne pepper 1 PC
garlic to taste, I don’t put it, but the recipe relies
soy sauce 1 tablespoon
sweetener (sugar, honey or sugar) taste
salt
ground red pepper

Cooking method

  • Everything is extremely simple. I cut the chicken into visually identical pieces, put it in a baking bag, put all the ingredients there, rub lemon and ginger on a grater. I tie a bag, mix everything in it, and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes (you can do without it). Next, I send everything to the airfryer on the middle grill with an average fan speed and a temperature of 235 degrees, for 35-45 minutes; after the sound signal, I cut the bag from above, increase the temperature to 260, the speed to the maximum and for another 10-15 minutes.
