Eggplant sauce

Ingredients

Eggplant 2 pcs
Garlic 1-2 cloves
Cottage cheese (pasty) or natural thick yogurt -250g
A bunch of parsley (or cilantro, basil)
Salt, garlic to taste
Olive oil 2-3 st. l

Cooking method

  • We bake eggplants in a convenient way for you, I did it in AF at a temperature of 200, for 20 minutes.
  • We take out the pulp of the eggplant, put it in a chopper, add cottage cheese (or yogurt), salt, pepper, oil and herbs there.
  • Beat everything.
  • That's it ... the sauce is ready.

Note

This is sooo delicious. I love with bread, preferably toasted.

Suitable, but it is desirable that there are no grains. First, blender the curd until pasta, and then make the sauce.
I did it with ordinary store-bought cottage cheese, for trial, but when the pasta tastes better.
Tomatoes and pickled cucumbers go well with grainy curd.
