Ingredients

  • Making the filling.
  • Beat 2 eggs with 1 glass of sugar (ordinary glasses - 250 ml), add 500 g of cottage cheese and 15 g of vanilla sugar.
  • Making a crumb
  • Make a streusel from 150 g of butter (you can grate frozen), 1.5 cups (a regular glass - 250 ml) of flour and 10 g of baking powder.
  • Lubricate the MV saucepan well with oil. I put a circle of baking paper smeared with butter on the bottom. Pour a thin layer of crumbs (2 mm), put 2-3 tablespoons of the filling on top and smooth. Thus, lay out the whole cheesecake in layers to the top. The last layer is crumb. Make the layers as thin as possible. Bake 1.10 minutes.
  • Take out the cheesecake and pour hot pouring (optional). I did it without condensed milk.

I baked a cheesecake! I decided to outwit everyone and made a double volume of the entire recipe, I had to double the time too! So, in principle, I did not win anything! I didn’t have time to take a delicious picture because until I was at home the cheesecake disappeared into the tummies of my household!
