Apple-pear pie on kefir (multicooker-pressure cooker Brand 6051)

Ingredients

Kefir 200 ml
Egg 1c 2 pcs.
Sugar 1 cup (200 ml)
Butter 30 gr.
Wheat flour 250 gr.
Salt pinch
Soda 0.5 tsp
Large apple and pear 1 pc.

Cooking method

  • Melt the butter and cool to room temperature.
  • Beat the eggs (with a mixer) with sugar. Add melted butter, kefir, salt and mix thoroughly (with a mixer).
  • Add soda and sifted flour to the mixture and beat again.
  • Peel and pitted the apple and pear and cut into cubes.
  • Grease a pressure cooker bowl with butter. Pour 1/3 of the dough into a bowl, put pears or apples or a mixture of fruits (as you like). Pour another 1/3 part of the dough into the bowl and put the remaining fruit on it and cover with the last 1/3 part of the dough. Flatten the surface.
  • Bake on mode MANUAL 125 * C 1 hour 10 minutes... Turn over and brown the top for 10 minutes, or cover the top of the cake with powdered sugar, syrup, or simply turn the cake over onto a booty-up platter.

I liked it very much! Budgetary, moderately sweet. I don't like baking on kefir, but this pie exceeded all my expectations)
Baked in the oven with frozen apples. And even the peel on the apples did not damage the pie in the least.
