Hello everybody ! Take in your ranks.
I have a Kenwood BM450 780W bread maker. I have been using it since the beginning of May 2013. I am very satisfied. I bake 1-2 times a week. So far, only egg bread from the recipe book for the bread maker. The bread is VERY tasty !!! True, I slightly modernized the recipe - for a 500 gram loaf I add 40-50 g of Divinka whole grain mixture (wheat-rye-bran flour for bread makers and ovens). I bought it at Auchan. The bread crumbles a little, but tastes very good.
I often make bun dough. I took the recipe in the Internet. (Water - 240 ml, egg - 1 pc., Vegetable oil - 75 ml, salt - 1 tsp., Sugar - 3 tbsp. L.,
flour 500 g, yeast - 2.5 tsp) The buns are delicious, and the pies are just lovely. And edible on the second day.
As for yeast - I tried the entire assortment presented in our stores - I chose "Pripravych". Such with a bun in a chef's hat.
I didn't like SAF - they stink very much. The first time I thought that the HP was broken, there was such a strong smell. And "Pripravych" and the dough are raised normally and there is no smell.
There was a problem with the scapula. There is a scraping sound while mixing. The husband looked, said that the scapula worked. On the one hand, a working out appeared on the inside. And the scapula skewed to one side and sank to the bottom of the bucket. I looked in the Internet, found it, you can order. But first I went to the store where they bought HP. Imagine - they changed it for me right away! They just said that for all the time I was the only one who addressed such a problem.

And now a request - who baked rye bread in the same bread maker? The recipe can be found on the Internet, but on which program to bake? There are no tips in the recipe book. And I haven’t tried to program it myself yet, I’m afraid. If possible, share your experience.
