Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 225 g
Baking powder 1 \ 2h. l.
Sour cream 20% 100 g
Butter 50 g
Powdered sugar 50 g
Filling:
Nectarine 1 PC.

Fill:
Overripe bananas (net weight) 4 things. (400 g)

Cooking method

  • Mix flour with butter, baking powder. powdered sugar into crumbs.
  • Add sour cream, stir until large lumps are formed.

  • For pouring, beat the bananas with sugar and flour.
  • Cut the nectarine into thin trays.

  • Put the nectarines in one layer on top.
  • Fill with fill.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 60-80 minutes. the exact time depends on your oven.

I just made this miracle pie. instead of nectarine there was an orange, but otherwise, everything was according to the recipe. I cooked for 60 minutes, but in fact I understand that 45 minutes would be enough for him! The cream turned out to be tanned and a little dry. However, the recipe itself is excellent. I will repeat with adjustments in baking time
