Hungarian goulash soup in Philips multicooker

Ingredients

Pork (original beef) 500 g
Bulb onions 2 pcs
Carrot 2 pcs
Tomatoes (I had big ones) 2 pcs.
Bell pepper 3 pcs
Garlic 3 cloves
Potatoes 4 things
Caraway 1 tsp
Pepper mix 1 tsp more possible
Salt taste
Parsley dill I took a small bunch
Paprika 4 tsp
Olive oil or lard

Cooking method

  • My husband was cooking, but there was an apprentice)))
  • Turn on the multicooker to the mode Frying and pour olive oil or lard (this is to taste). Cut the onions into cubes and fry until light golden brown. Add paprika, caraway seeds and meat diced about 1.5 - 2 cm side. Fry the meat until it grasps. Then we add a little water so that it does not boil, namely, it is stewed in a small amount of liquid. We transfer the multicooker to the mode Extinguishing for 1 hour.
  • During this time, you can drink delicious coffee and relax))) this is my favorite part of the recipe)))
  • Cut the tomatoes into large cubes. You can scald them and peel them off, but I don't see the need for this))) add to well-stewed meat, then carrots, cut into cubes, bell peppers, potatoes and garlic. It seems to me that you need to cut everything large enough so that in the end there is no mashed potatoes in the plate))) If necessary, add liquid. I didn't add vegetables and the meat gave me a lot of juice. salt everything well, pepper and simmer for another 25 minutes.
  • Then add the chopped parsley and dill and leave to heat for at least 20 minutes. The dish should be infused.
  • The aromas were delicious))) and what is nice, this dish combines the first and the second))) What you need in cool weather)))
  • Bon Appetit)))

Time for preparing:

2 hours + 30 minutes to prepare ingredients
