Category: Bakery products

Ingredients

Bakery flour 200 g
Wholemeal flour
wheat Belovodye
120 g
Peeled rye flour 70 g
Wheat bran 20 g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Almond oil
(can be olive, mustard,
walnut, pine
and generally your favorite
and nice smelling
almond, in my opinion,
most delicious)
Proteins of 2 eggs
Prune puree
(baby food in Gerber jars,
sugarless.
If there is no ready
can be soaked
in 100 ml of water
270 g pitted prunes
and beat with a blender.
Or take applesauce in jars
sugarless)
370 g
Spices:
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Cardamom 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
Vanillin 1 pack.
Baking powder 4 tsp
(2 pack.)
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Panifarin 1 tbsp. l.
Dried fruits (cherry) 125 g
Interlayer:
Jam on fructose,
I took a plum with cinnamon,
ginger and cloves
German firm SchneeKoppe

Cooking method

  • Whisk the whites with salt until they are firm and add all the ingredients in the order in which they are listed. Knead the dough well. It will turn out to be dense, thicker than on a cake.
  • I baked for 60 minutes on one side and 20 minutes on the other.
  • Cut lengthwise into 3 cakes, layer with jam, wrap tightly in cling film and leave overnight, you can after cooling in the refrigerator. It can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time, if it remains, of course - on the second or third day it is soaked and it only becomes tastier.

Note

I read a post about a gingerbread in a bread maker, I was sad - diabetes, sugar and white flour products are not allowed, and the bread maker is now visiting a colleague ...
And then I decided to adapt the recipe, make it dietary, and bake it in a slow cooker. Here's what happened.

I hope this gingerbread will delight everyone who follows the figure or has limitations in the use of sugar and premium flour.

And you won't see, they rarely happen. Spices for gingerbread are cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla, cardamom, anise, etc.

I buy from the Uzbeks in the market (I buy all the spices from them), ask them - they will make you a mixture of spices for gingerbread, pastries, bread, for grilling, pilaf, meat and others.

If you have Pokhlebkin's books, then the volume on spices has various formulations for their different uses.

I suggest you try and post a report with a photo here.
Try substituting a couple of tablespoons topped with soft curd.
