French apple pie in a multicooker Polaris 0508D floris

Ingredients

apples depending on the size 3-6 pcs.
Sahara 1stk. plain
vanillin 1-2 tsp
draining. oil 30 gr.
water 50-70 gr.
dough finished puff 2 layers

Cooking method

  • The recipe from the multicooker site, slightly changed by me.
  • Defrost the dough and roll out to the size of the bowl. Lubricate the pan with rast. bottom and sides almost to the edge of the bowl.
  • Coarsely chop the apples and put them in a saucepan on the bottom in 1 layer.
  • Boil sugar, water and vanillin syrup on the stove until slightly darkened. Remove the syrup from the heat, add the plum. oil, mix. Pour the syrup over the apples.
  • Put 1 layer of puff pastry on top. Put one or a half of the chopped apple on the dough again, pour the syrup over the apple, cover with the second layer of dough. Baking mode 45-50 min.
  • Then gently turn the cake onto a plate and enjoy. It is delicious both warm and cold.
  • I clarify by layers:
  • 1 layer apples at the bottom , pour over the syrup
  • 2 layer dough, press the edges to make the sides
  • 3 layer if desired, as I did, pour apples with syrup
  • 4 layer dough, press the edges to make the sides.

Note

My cartoon polaris floris 5 liters. Baking temperature 118-145 gr.

Be sure to lubricate exactly the rast. butter, on butter I did not work. Grease the walls higher, the puff pastry rises high during the baking process, if not greased it will stick to the bowl.
When you open the cartoon, you will get the impression that there is a lot of moisture. Don't worry, after a few seconds, when the dough drops, it will disappear.

My slow cooker Panas 10 (tobto is small) and even 5 medium apples turned out to be a lot for her - the taste of the filling interrupted everything, it went dominant.
For a slow cooker 2.5 liters of apples, you probably need 3-4 pcs. Yes, and it seemed to me a lot of sugar (although maybe not a lot, but just a lot of filling).
When I got it, apples fell out of the pie so straight. Layer made one and yeast puff pastry. It turned out juicy and tasty
I liked the pie - so tender, probably due to the fact that the puff pastry was not baked, but somehow steamed something.
