Raw eggplant caviar

Ingredients

eggplant 1 kg
tomato 0.5kg
bulb onions 1head
hot pepper taste
sunflower oil 100gr
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Raw eggplant caviar
  • Bake the eggplants in the oven until soft, peel and chop with a knife
  • Raw eggplant caviar
